I serve adult individuals and couples with a mindfulness-based approach to psychotherapy.
I believe my clients possess everything they need to achieve mental health and wellness. My job is to simply help clients tap into their own inner wisdom. We will accomplish this through mindfulness, embodiment, and self-compassion.
I am open, supportive, and empathetic. I offer honesty, insights, and a path to help clients become the person they want to be. Many clients report that I am gentle but directive.
I am a 30+ year mindfulness and yoga practitioner. In addition to serving clients in my private psychotherapy practice, I also teach workshops and lead programs and retreats for those interested in deeper personal awareness, self empowerment and peace.
